The accreditation for general performance and enhanced security test PAS 24, are a requirement in meeting ‘Secured By Design’ and other building codes.

Available in a complete range of products including casement windows and doors, bi-folding doors, patios, tilt and turns and secondary glazing for the residential market through to curtain walling, shop fronts and heavy duty commercial doors for shops, schools, hospitals and other high traffic areas.

Ultraframe Conservatory Roof

Established 25 years ago, Ultraframe keep their systems at the cutting edge of conservatory technology through constant evolutionary development.

They not only test in their own laboratory and test facilities, but they also use independent third party accreditation and testing agencies such as Wintech and the British Board of Agrément to add further credibility to their own data. In fact, every Ultraframe conservatory roofing system carries a 25-year BBA (British Board of Agrement) life expectancy certificate and was the first in the industry to hold this accreditation.

Secured By Design

Secured by Design is the UK Police flagship initiative owned by the Association of Chief Police Officers (ACPO), which supports the principles of “designing out crime” by use of effective crime prevention and security standards.

Settanta and Belvedere windows and doors have been put through rigorous testing and have been accepted by the police as meeting the exacting standards of the scheme.

Certass

Both the Nova Settanta and Belvedere window suites meet the Certass ‘A’ to ‘G’ energy efficiency rating scheme (when calculated in accordance with BS EN ISO 10077-2) and easily surpass the requirements of Part L of the Building Regulations in England and Part J of the Building Regulations in Scotland.

Chas Accreditation

CHAS was established in 1997 to improve health and safety standards across Great Britain, and to reduce duplicated safety applications for both suppliers and buyers.

Being CHAS approved reduces duplication, because supplier's compliance is accepted by all CHAS buyers.

Contructionline

Constructionline is the government’s register of pre-qualified construction suppliers.

Our details will be available to all public and private sector buyers including local authorities, NHS Trust’s, Universities and Colleges, main contractors and private sector organisations.
